Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald in response to Denis Naughten has again reiterated that she has no plans to commission a further review of the Fr. Molloy case.

Denis Naughten raised the issue in the Dáil, seeking to have an independent review of all files held by the State into into the circumstances surrounding the death of Fr. Molloy.
