Local TD Denis Naughten has been informed by the Minister for Education that he has approved an Emergency Works Grant application for Granlahan NS, Co. Roscommon.

“I would like to commend the principal & board of management of the school for putting a compelling case to the Department of Education for the funding to repair the roof at the school,” stated Denis Naughten.

“Having visited the school, it is clear that these works were needed and I hope that the Department will now expedite the paperwork so that works can commence.”
